5.3 Company shall promptly inform Agent～
(i) any change or amendment of name, capital, director, address, major shareholders of Company or Service Applicant or if there is any change or amendment of the details of Service:
(ii) termination or expiration of Service Agreement: or
(iii) any event as provided in Article 14.1 incurred.

7.9 Company agrees to indemnify Agent, Agent’s director and employees against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of performance of Company Works under this Agreement that are caused in whole or in part by Company’s negligent act or omission or any misleading, misconduct against Agent, or that of anyone employed by Company.

(i) 名称、資本、重役、住所、企業の主要のいかなる変更や修正、またサービス申込者、サービスの詳細の変更や修正がある場合
(ii) サービス契約の終了もしくは期限切れ
(iii) Article14.1が損失したと既定される全ての事象

7.9 企業は代理店、代理店の取締役、雇用者に、全てのクレーム、被害、損失、そして会社の過失行為、または怠慢、または代理店に対する欺き行為や不正行為、または会社に雇用されている全従業員によって全体的、もしくは部分的に引き起こされるこの契約に基づく企業のパフォーマンスの低下から生じる正当な理由における弁護士費用を含む出費を補償することに同意します。
