返品送料の返金ではなく、商品自体(£74.99)の返金の話です。
5月14日に返金完了の連絡がメールで来たのですが、未だにクレジットカードに返金が反映されていません。
いつ反映されるのでしょうか？

The point is not the reimbursement of the returning postage but the refund of the good price itself (€74.99).
You E-mail informed that the reimbursement was completed on 14th of May, but the said remittance has not yet been credited on my end. When will it be reflected in my credit account ?

私は、実際にこのitemを使ったことがないので効果はわかりません。
しかし、このitemを使っているお客様は、その効果を高く評価し、気に入ってくれています。

Since I have not really experience to use this item, I do not know how effective it is.
However, the customers, who use it habitually, appraise its effect and like it.

お問い合わせありがとう。今回のケースではレンズアダプターを介してのご使用のため、レンズが使用できないと思われます。
こちらで直接カメラにマウントした動作テストではレンズに特に問題ありませんでした。
レンズメーカーもアダプターを介してのレンズの動作保証はしておりません。
レンズ自体の問題ではないので、この返品のケースの場合は、バイヤーに返送料はご負担いただいています。

Thanks for your inquiry. It seems that in your case, where the lens is utilized in link with a lens adaptor, the lens can's function independently.
Our own working test by mounting the lens directly to a camera showed no specific problem in the lens.
The manufacturer of the lens does not warrant any working of the lens through adaptors.
Since the defective phenomenon is not caused by the lens itself, the buyer is requested to bear return postage in this case.
