こちらの注文で不良が見つかり７月の中旬頃メールで問い合わせた際に
商品代の50％と税金を3から５営業日で返金して頂けるとのことですが本日確認した所まだ返金されておりません。

しかし、受け取った商品を確認したところSilverの刺繍が入っていました。
返金希望します

刺繍の文字の縁の部分に問題があります。
白の下糸が布の表側に出てきてしまっているため、青い文字が汚く見えてしまいます。
いつも送ってもらっている刺繍文字と比べても、仕上がりが悪いです。
もっと綺麗に縫ってもらうことは出来ますか？

弊社在庫のAの1つでスタンドを固定するScrew setが付属されていませんでした。
赤丸で囲った写真を添付したので確認して下さい。予備も含めて6セット下さい。

さらに、数日前に販売したAでカメラアダプターを取り付けられない不良品がありました。
穴のサイズが違うので入りません。カメラアダプターを一つ下さい。

弊社在庫のBの1つでBearing Mountが装備されてませんでした。
固定するScrew setも含め1つ下さい。
あとDVDも付属されてませんでした。

生産終了品！ＭＲのSGV-300の入荷です。

上位機種に比べ、装飾類の簡略化を図ることでコストダウンしたSGV-300。見た目は違えど大事なサウンドはしっかりと継承。
フレット・ナットは減りも少なくプレイアビリティは良好です。細かい弾きキズ等はありますが、大きな打痕等なく比較的綺麗な状態を保持。

それまでのSGのルックスに因んだレトロなボディと、メタリックレッドの可愛らしいカラーリング。テケテケサウンドも勿論ですが、現代の音楽にも十分使えるサウンドです。
