I understand that box might be damaged since it was not packed carefully. In the meanwhile, when the item sold in another country had a similar problem in its transportation, it was compensated by post office. I hate to give you much work, but would you check the customs in your country if they can handle A? If it is difficult, I would like you to return the item to the following address. Please check the shipping charge before sending it. If the shipping charge is high (for example, in case of more than 20 dollars), let me consider anther means of solving it. As soon as I check arrival of the item, I will issue you a refund in full including the shipping charge.

I see that because the packing was insufficient, the box might have been damaged. On the other hand, I could have had the compensation of the post office when there were similar transportation troubles with the products which I had sold to other countries. Is sorry to trouble you, but would you check with your custom office if they can cope by A? If it would be difficult, I want you to return the product to the following address. Please be sure to confirm the postage and reply before the shipment. Let me consider the other method of solution if the postage will be expensive (if, e.g., it exceeds 20 dollars). I will refund the total amount including the postage as soon as I confirm the arrival of the product.
