Actually I already sold 70-300 to another customer, so to not keep him waiting I would appreciate it if you could send the item directly. I would pay you 20 $ for the shipment and if it costs more then that, I'll pay that too.
If the shipment is cheaper then 20 $, I don't mind if you keep the change. I would appreciate your cooperation greatly and I hope for your understanding.

The item name was wrong due to an error on Amazon's end. We are deeply sorry for your incomvenience.

We had emailed to you several times, but haven't heard back from you so far. We are sorry but we need to cancel your order due to Amazon's processing constraint unless we receive your reply without two business days.

I purchased mobile phones at xxx to find out that all the items I have received are different from ordered ones.
Though I demanded that they send me replacements, they ignored my demand.
As they insist that they will reimburse me once I return all the received items, I sent all the purchased items back to the instructed address.
It is confirmed from the tracking number that they have already received them.
However, they show no sign of reimbursement in response.
At this moment all of my reimbursement demands are neglected.
