The problem starts with the beach,its not as nice as those pictures on their web site, the beach is cleanish in front of the resort but to either side it is littered with a lot and I mean a lot of sea-borne debris ( you know they type of things, flip-flops,plastic bottles, bits of fishing net, rope and more rope, plastic sacking ) this was the most debris I have ever seen on one beach, and I've been to Indian beaches.The website and other reviews said this place was out of the way, which it was and what I wanted but either side of the resort there are small fishermans and their families houses backing right on to the beach so you can never find a secluded spot for romance or removing of thoses tan lines( wink )

The sea was full of floating lobster farming pots, ok they have to earn their living but it looks unsightly, something else just spoiling something that is being sold as perfection. The room I had was the delux beach front bamboo hut, room 102.

the deluxe terrace room is a very nice room with hot water and a beatifull shower. it was very clean. every day the staff cleans the rooms and you get clean towels. you don't have a locker, but you don't need one! you can leave all your valuable stuff in the room and the staff don't take it. if we leave money as a tip, the money was still in the room when we came back. if you need something you ask the staff of the hotel. they will get it for you if you want something. you can have nice indonesian food in the hotel.

"we book this hotel directly in person because we was in a big branch dirty,stinky and expensive hotel,and we decided to walk and look our self's,we find this one like 200 mts aways, they give us a really really good discount including breakfast because we will stay 9 nights and we paid from advanced,they show us the room,clean,minibar,air condition,you can sit outside without mosquitoes because theres plenty of air,the room was directly front of the swiming pool and the swiming pool its directly front of the sea,we was looking for some hotel not croudly.not full of turists and most of all an affordable price,the swiming pool has shadow from the trees really important if u dont want burn your skin

"My Friend and i checked in on a friday afternoon, there are plenty of carpark (well at least at that time), however, we were not greeted by the bell boy or other staff. Not sure whether they were busy doing errands or not.
Checked in didnt take too long, but perhaps because of its over hot weather on that day, the receptionist didnt smile much.

A bell boy walked us through the hotel area for a grand tour to showed us the facilities as the concierge staff took our suitcases. the hotel is by the beach, but its not the beach where u can swim bcs its nearly to the end of the beach where there are many boats parking.
there is also several stands by the beach where locals are selling sarong, t shirts, etc.

we checked in to the studio suite, but since the bellboy who gave us the grand tour came into the room and showed us about the safe deposit box and explained how to use it, i guess bcs of the super hot weather, he has a bad odor. and the odor stays in the room until the next day. we thought it will be gone by tomorrow but it didnt. also the aircon broke down and it was dripping over night, thus in the morning there was water everywhere on the bedroom.

the room itself is big enough for 3 ppl. the bed fits for 2 and there is a sofa bed by the tv room for 1. so if ur travelling for 3 ppl, no need to order and extra bed. there were also 2 bathroom.

maka entah bagaimana, saya merasa privasi sedang terganggu.

Kamar itu sendiri cukup besar untuk 3 ppl. tempat tidur cocok untuk 2 dan ada sofa tempat tidur dengan ruang tv untuk 1. jadi jika anda bepergian selama 3 ppl, tidak perlu untuk memesan tempat tidur tambahan. kamar mandi juga tersedia 2.

we made a complained and wanting to move to a different room without asking for an upgrade. The hotel moved us to a private villa with romantic pool. the villa is awesome. well since we paid for studio and could stayed at a villa. it is quite big, the living room is big. the bedroom is big too and connected to the mini pool. basically the room is located in the middle btwn the living room and the bathroom and the pool. the bathroom is open air connected to the pool.

overall, if we didnt have the odor and aircon breakdown situation, i would have give 5 star for this review."

keseluruhan, jika kita tidak memiliki bau dan situasi kerusakan AC, saya akan memberikan bintang 5 untuk ulasan ini. "

our small group stayed at this hotel as one of us had a very late arrival. before heading up to another part of bali. the hotel lobby looked much better than our rooms. we were disappointed to see that the bathrooms weren't anywhere close to the pictures. they were clean, yes. but our expectations weren't met as the bathrooms didn't even match the guest room, or even the hotel lobby feel. we enjoyed the rooftop pool. and the breakfast was standard fare. the service was cordial and helpful. and it was very very close to the airport (which was very nice, especially when one of us arrived at 1:00 am). would we return?

probably not (unless they do actually post pictures of what we could expect - especially the bathrooms. not pictures of bathrooms in upgraded or more expensive rooms). thus a "3" overall rating for what we'd call "exaggerated" advertising or impression, which had caused unnecessary disappointment.
