Wednesday, 5 February 2014 This is a serious problem. Please tell me the exact reason why the buyer will be guaranteed. I sent your company the tracking number. As you can tell from the tracking number, the product was delivered to the buyer on January 2, 2014. So I don't understand what the problem is. If a refund will be issued to the buyer, please return my item. I don't really understand why something like this is happening. This will never happen in my country. Please give me a good enough reason. Then please return the item.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, leider habe ich weder die Ware, noch das von mir gezahlte Geld zurück bekommen. Per E-Mail habe ich am 27.01., 28.01. und am 06.02. deswegen mit dem Verkäufer direkt Kontakt aufgenommen, jedoch ohne Erfolg.
