They have sold shoes on their website. However they say they don't want to sell the shoes only because their demand is to sell both of their wallet and shoes. If we order their shoes only, they are not interested in it actually. Does our order this time has been sent to the maker successfully? Sorry for the late order, but could you accept it at this year's price? Also I have questions. How many months does it take in production from the date of order? Do you mean we just confirm number of stock this time?

オーダー番号１と２のグローブは両方共キャンセルになっているのですか？
オーダー画面では発送まで８～１０日となっているのに２週間経って今頃キャンセルは対応が遅い！
大変安く購入できて助かっていますが、いつも商品が無い場合の連絡がおそすぎる。
当社の場合お客様から注文を受けてから御社に発注しているので早く連絡をもらわないと困る。
多くの取引があると思うがもっと早い対応を望む

Did you cancelled the order number 1 and 2? You mentioned the handling time for shipping was 8-10 days on the order page, but you did cancelled it after two weeks! It is too late! I'm always happy to use your service because I could buy your products cheaply, but your reply is always late very much when it is out-stock. We usually place orders with you after our customers order with us, so such a late response is not good for us. I know you have a lot of deals with your customers, but I really hope you reply me more quickly.
