始めまして。産業機器メーカーで技術営業、プロジェクトマネージャーとして海外EPC案件に携わるMasakazuと申します。
産業機器に関する技術文書の翻訳や、海外のEPC会社を初めとする企業との全般的なやり取りでの翻訳業務に携わらせて頂けたらとの想いから、当サイトに登録させて頂きました。

2015年に大学を卒業して以降、英語を用いた産業関係の業務に従事しており、昨今では主に海外石油化学プロジェクトで海外EPC会社とお仕事をさせて頂いております。現在の肩書はSales engineerですが、業務内容は営業関係のみに止まらず、プロジェクトマネジメント、客先との技術やり取りや検査書類の作成、購入品のスケジュール/品質管理、船積みに至るまで幅広い業務に携わっております。


Summary:
Engaged in English-Japanese/Japanese-English translation and interpretation of technical and commercial issues for swift project commencement besides doing the jobs as salesperson.
Working in industrial field for 5 years as sales engineer and project manager of machine manufacturer. The main products are rotating equipment such as pump, blower, vacuum pump, compressor, motor and other auxiliary equipment. The main customers are EPC companies all over the world, and I am mainly assigned to petrochemical projects.
Generally speaking, even one project has a lot of stages such as bidding, technical clarification, commercial negotiation, producing, exporting and collection of bills. I manage all the stages although my title is just a sales engineer, which has made me familiar with all the aspects in EPC project and given the skill to solve every kinds of problem happen in long term project.

Work Experience:
(2015-2017)Worked as an agent of American mechanical seal manufacturer. Got the title "Specialist" which is given only to the agents outstanding in technical and commercial knowledge.

(2017-present)Working as sales engineer of blower and pump manufacturer in Japan. Mainly engaged in EPC petrochemical projects. The range of job is to control the project from bidding stage to final shipment, in other words, all the related work. Acting as an interpreter in every kind of meeting such as technical clarification meeting, commercial negotiation, kick-off meeting and like as well.
