I asked Japan Post now and I was told that since the baggage is in Italy they can't ask them to ship it. Therefore it seems the only way is you ask Italian Post to resend it after confirm the tracking number.

I'm not good at Italian language, so I'm using a software for translation to e-mail.

La contatterò una volta effettuata la spedizione.

Ho chiesto alle poste giapponesi (Japan Post) e mi hanno detto che, visto che il pacchetto si trova in Italia, non possono richiederne la spedizione. Dovrebbe contattare il servizio postale italiano, comunicare il numero di tracciamento e chiedere che il pacchetto venga spedito.
