We will use e-packet, a shipping service by air, but it could take about 2 weeks for delivery.

This bass is definitely an original Fender bass. I have acquired this bass from an authorized dealer of Fender, and I am very sure (of its authenticity).
Also, I have included the warranty card by Fender in the pocket outside the case, so please have a look. The warranty card verifies that it is an authentic item.

As for the point you raised by a picture, I believe it was not caused during our warehousing or transportation....

最後にケースに関してですが、お送りしたベースのケースが、間違いなく、この商品のFender社の正規のケースとなります。お客様がおっしゃられているのは、恐らく別売りとなるギグバッグのことだと思います。しかし、私はその別注のギグバッグが付属するとは販売ページで記載していません。

以上の理由により、申し訳ありませんが、返金には応じられません。

...but was a product of the original assembly. We have ensured that the product had no issue when we acquired it.

Lastly, for the case, we are sure that we sent you the original case by Fender for this product. I think you might be mistaken with the gig bag, which is sold separately. I did not mention on my sales website that the gig bag is included in this deal.

For the above reasons, I am sorry to let you know that I cannot entertain your cancellation request.

For the 4 pedals that would then work out at $335 inc postage……..how does that sound?
