Even if you believe your Spigen goods are genuine, you are not authorized to sell the goods on Amazon.com. Your unauthorized sales of Spigen goods on B constitute interference with Spigen’s prospective economic advantage. Furthermore, selling the goods through unauthorized distribution channels will likely result in the product warranty being invalid and the customer will likely not receive the same level of customer support. You need to advise your buyers accordingly.

Therefore, we demand that you
(1) immediately remove all of your listings for Spigen goods from B.com; and
(2) provide us with the contact information identifying the distributor who sold the Spigen goods to you.

Mmmmm. Enlightenment.

Long ears signify past wealth, a big head represents the disconnection between mind and body, a tuft of hair symbolizes great inner wisdom, and a giant fried dough topped with pink frosting and rainbow jimmies equals deliciousness.

With a pretzel in one hand, and beads in another, Homer passes down the oral tradition of donut eating. From THE SIMPSONS and Kidrobot comes Homer Buddha in 7-inch vinyl, inspired by THE SIMPSONS episode “Goo Gai Pan,” in which Homer poses as Buddha to gain entry into an orphanage in China. Available beginning September 6 for $50 US (£40.10 UK, €46.50 EU) at Kidrobot stores, kidrobot.com, and select retailers worldwide

I`ve attached a Taylor pricing for you. These prices do not include freight in. As I had mentioned before, there have been major changes at Taylor corporate; numerous dealers have been shut down for small infractions of their dealer agreements. No one really knows exactly why but dealers are now being very protective and cautious w/ their dealerships. There becoming less willing to sell sideways from one dealer to the next unless they`re actually making a few dollars. I can do 35% off of list price which will still, hopefully, give you room to make a profit if you sell closer to MAP, ( I still usually pay $25 shipping in each guitar ). I can also keep the shipping costs down.
