Original Text ある日巻きずしを作りたいな～と思ったとき、我が家に巻きすだれがないことに気づきました。近所で売ってるかもわからないし、売っていても日本製じゃないかもしれないし...と保留にしていたところ、この体験を見つけて「あ、プロの所で作らせてもらえれば安心だ！」と思い申し込みました。製簾所は浅草の喧騒がうそのようにとても静かな場所です。作業する場所から外が見え、天気も良かったのでとても開放的な気分で体験できました。	Translation One day I felt like making a sushi roll but realized I didn't have a sushi mat at home. So I left the idea, thinking I might not find a place that sells sushi mats near my place and even if I find one, they might not be made in Japan. And that is when I found this and thought it would be easier to make sushi rolls with the professionals so I applied. The place was such a quit place, being away from all the noise in Asakusa. We could see outside from where we made sushi rolls so it felt very open, making my experience such a pleasure especially with the nice weather.
