I can finaly track the package from POSTNL it should arrive today, now I have a diffrent problem ... it should be free of transfer costs and it tells me I should pay € 33,58 in cash.

POSTNLからの荷物をやっと追跡することができ、それによると今日到着するようです。そしてまた別の問題があります。発送料は無料とのことだったのですが、現金で33.58ユーロが請求されるようです。

善処をお願いいたします。
