I received the goods the other day. In response to an inquiry from my customer, I only asked you if you have the items in stock. I replied to you that I would let my costumer know the items are in stock after receiving a reply from you. I didn't submit my order to you. But I received a package from you without previous notice. Even though I had ordered, I received only 26 of them, while I heard you have 30 in stock. Please make sure of your inventory. It is obvious you haven't sent 4 of them. Please immediately give me a refund for the lacking 4 items on my credit card. If you don't refund, I will inform my credit card company of that. I feel upset very mcuh about the way you shipped the items. Why did you ship by UPS? The mailing cost $127.53 was included in the bill for the goods on my credit card payment. We have had dealings with your company for over 10 years and you have always used USPS for shipping. But why did you use UPS without asking? Priority Mail International only charges $24.75, but since you used UPS this time, I was charged at huge shipping cost.
When Ron was running your company, we had never had a trouble. But since you took his place, we have faced many problems. We ask for your company’s since response, unless otherwise, we wiill inform our credit card company of all the stories about the problems.

Substitute coal was mainly consumed in large cities. Due to the benefits that it was smokeless, burning long time, cheap, and small purchasing unit, it sprung into wide use for heating home and bath. On the contrary, the consumption of charcoal was decreased. The use of coke began, together with coal, in Kyushu in the 18th century. During the Meiji Era, as the gas industry developed, as a by-product, the coke and coal were produced in a large amount. Nevertheless, they didn’t spread until their sales network was developed in the 1900’s. The coke for home use was carbonized coal or residue (gas coke). It was superior to coal because it was smokeless and burning long time with stronger heat.
