今回の活動でサークル員だけでなく職場全体の落下部品に対する意識が変わり、

Through this activity, we made a great accomplishment. Not only circle members' but also all office members' view for dropped parts has been changed. Also, a great improvement was made by sharing ideas each other.

標準作業票を見るとＳ/Ｖを１.３秒で取っている
１.３秒で５００個入りのザルから毎サイクル１個だけ取るのは困難
１つを簡単に取り出せれば落下は減る!!!

Looking at standard work sheet, it allocates 1.3 seconds for S/V.
It's hard to take out one item out of 500 on the tray.
The dropped parts will be reduced if we make it easier to take one out!!

付加価値を高めるには・・・

ユーザー評価を高める
他社よりも商品やサービスを高く売るすなわち高い付加価値をつけて売るためには、ユーザーからその商品やサービスが高く評価される必要がある。
高い評価が得られればそれに見合った高い価格で売れる。付加価値を高めるにはユーザーからの評価（満足度）を高める施策が必要です。

しかし、期待以上だと感じた時には満足し、「また次もASに頼もう」と思うのです。継続的に仕事を受注するためには、常に顧客の期待に応える必要がある。

To add value...

Raise user-evaluation.
To sell products or service at higher price than others, meaning to add high value, those products or service need to be evaluated highly by users.
High evaluation means that the products or service can be sold at high commensurate price.
To add value, you need to have plan to raise user-evaluation(satisfaction).

But when it surpasses customers' expectations, they will think that "I will ask AS again". To receive orders continuously, we need to meet customers' expectation.

付加価値はお客様が決める
付加価値の判断は生産者がするのではなく消費者によって決まる。

生産者が値段を決めて付加価値額を消費者に提示しても、その値段では高すぎで、値段を下げなければ売れないとすれば、値下げした値段がその商品の本当の付加価値である。付加価値は生産者ではなくあくまで消費者が決めている。

Provide own products with quality as added value and satisfy customers.
Things which make people happy or satisfied.

The ones who decide the value of added value are customers.
Whether it's added value or not should be decided by consumers, not by manufactures.
It's up to consumers to decide whether to accept value created by manufactures.
Even when manufactures decided on the products' price and showed the price of added value to the customer, if consumers don't buy them unless they lower the price, that lowered price is the real price of added value.

5月30日に3rdアルバム「Good Job!!」をリリース。

In year 2012;
They released a single, "Ice cream" on May 9th.
It became an ending theme of "Ima chan no jitsuwa..." from Asahi broadcasting corporation in May.

Ice cream is a refreshing and catchy song that makes you feel Summer. The music clip is full of humor and 70% of the contents were occupied with members' performance.

They released a third album, "Good job!!".
