・自分はどんな背景で、どんなことを質問したいと思っているのかなど、背景とインタビューの目的を最初に話すべき（いきなり質問するのは失礼）
・相手にわかりやすい英語で質問することも大事
２、事前準備が足りない

I want the facilitator to let the students know the following things tomorrow morning.
Interview etiquette:
1. There is a general lack of consideration for the interviewees
- First and foremost, the interviewees are nervous about what they are going to be asked.
- Thank them for taking their time for the interview.
- Let the interviewees know the background and purpose of the interview by telling them about your own background and what kind of questions you are interested in asking. (it is rude to start an interview by asking questions)
- Be mindful to use simple English that the interviewees can understand.
2. Not enough preparation has been made beforehand

- Know what kind of person the interviewees are and have your questions ready.

-> (Rule #1) It is mandatory for everyone to participate as the interviewer at lease once even if they are not good at speaking in English.
-> (Rule #2) Enter the interview room three minutes before the time of interview. If there are multiple teams, discuss with fellow students to decide who should take the initiative to thank the interviewees and explain about the interview and in what order the questions should be asked to ensure a smooth interview.

・相手の目を見て、コミュニケーションをとる。

3. Too many people were not being initiative
- There were some interview sessions that were silent because nobody started to talk
- In some session, only people confident in their English were talking. Some people did not ask any question even when they were the interviewers.

Feedback for the client session:
1. Regarding manners
- It is rude to talk to the clients while chewing on gums or sitting relaxed on the sofa.
- Make eye contacts with the person you are communicating with.

・事前にクライアントから共有されている資料を全て読んでいない人がいる

・論点を明確にせず、ただ、フィードバックをくださいというのはNG
