This is the first legally authorized Bitcoin exchange for the U.S. Over the past year, Bitcoin businesses and regulators in New York have been working together to develop a regulatory framework for virtual currency businesses; however, official rules have yet to materialize.

In July of last year, the department drafted up some potential Bitcoin regulations and introduced the concept of Bitlicenses for virtual currency businesses that comply with its mandatory rules. The department was taking comments on the proposal until January.

As an example, just last week, the Federal Department of Treasury slapped virtual currency network Ripple with a $700,000 fine for failing to register its money business and for not instituting anti-money laundering protocols.

The aperture ring is very stiff and the aperture ring setting does not match the aperture display in the viewfinder. E.g f/11 on aperture ring shows f/9.5 in viewfinder.

Samson, a Filipina, and her co-founders Hengjie Wang (CEO) and Jordan Thoms (CTO) have been working together since they were students at the University of Auckland. Back then, they had a different product called Notable.ac, a note-taking web app for students and professors. But Notable.ac didn’t grow as much as they wanted so they moved on to build Notable PDF.

“The idea came about from the lessons we learned from Notable.ac. The interaction we had and the data we gathered led us to create Notable PDF,” Samson recalls.

Since its launch in March 2014, Notable PDF has had 1.3 million installs on the Chrome Store. Samson says they aim to reach five million installs by the end of this year.

Hello, I received the lens 2 days ago... I have done extensive testing (even micro focus adjustments) since then, and I never get sharp image a f2.8.

I have comparable images from this lens and my DA*300, and it is evident to me that this lens has a focus problem at f2.8. Stopped down at f4, it helps, but I did not bought a f4 lens. This lens is supposed to be sharp at f2.8!

I would like to return the lens and have a refund. What is the process ?

EmDrive (also RF resonant cavity thruster) is a proposed spacecraft propulsion device invented by British aerospace engineer Roger Shawyer, who founded the company Satellite Propulsion Research Ltd (SPR) in the year 2000 to develop his invention.[1][2] The device uses a magnetron to produce microwaves which are directed into a metallic, fully enclosed conically tapered high Q resonant cavity with a greater area at one end of the device, and a dielectric resonator in front of the narrower end.
