商品のレンズが動かなかったということで大変ご迷惑をおかけ致しました。返品対応致しますのでご安心下さい。動作の事で一つ質問があるのですがレンズのAFとMFの切り替えはされてますでしょうか？このレンズはズームリングを上下にスライドすると切り替わるタイプのレンズです。そちらを試されても動かないようでしたら大変お手数ですが再度ご連絡頂いてもよろしいでしょうか？返品の手続きをさせて頂きます。よろしくお願い致します。

These lenses from this product will not move and has caused me great discomfort. I am returning the product, so please rest easy. I have one question concerning the movements. Will the lenses be changed from AF and MF? It is the type of lens where sliding the the zoom ring of these lenses up and down will change them. When I tried that, it would not move. Although it is such a great deal of bother, would you please hear out my contact once again? I would like you to go through the procedure of returning the product. ツアー開始前、30分ほどかけて丁寧に操作方法のレクチャーと、練習時間があります。セグウェイは初めてで、あまり運動神経にも自信が無かったのですが、安心してスタートすることができました。
昼食はユダヤ人犠牲者記念館のモニュメントが見えるドイツ料理のカジュアルなレストランでした。安いですがボリュームは満点です。ガイドさん（女性）は終始とてもフレンドリーで、いろいろなところで写真を撮ってくれます。他の参加者の方（ロンドンからのカップルでした）とも楽しい会話をさせていただきました。

Before the tour started, it took a whole thirty minutes for a polite lecture on how to handle the segway ensued, along with practice time. It was my first time riding a segway, and since I wasn't exactly the athletic type, I didn't have much confidence. But once I relaxed, I was able to start.

For lunch, I had some German dishes at a casual restaurant where you could see the Holocaust Memorial. It was cheap, but it was packed to the brim. The female guide was friendly the whole time and took a bunch of photos for me. We had a fun conversation with the other people who went along (a couple from London).
