生産に使用する計測器はすべて精度管理の対象となっている。

この為計測器はその精度を維持するためにその機能によって定められた方法により定期的に校正がなされます。

例えば、ノギス等の長さを測定する計測器では、高精度に加工されたゲージブロックと呼ばれる一定寸法の金属片を当該ノギスで測定し、ノギスの示す測定値とゲージブロックの値との差異が一定限度以下であることを確認します。

重さを測るはかりについては基準となる分銅、電気計器については基準となる標準電流・電圧発生器との比較によって校正を行う

As to the weighing equipment and electrical instruments, calibrations are done by comparing with the standard weight and the standard electrical currency/voltage generator respectively.

トルクレンチの精度管理
トルクレンチは計測器ではありませんが、ねじ締めトルクを一定にするため設定値（トルク値）の管理をする。
これは毎月実際のトルク値をトルクテスターによって測定し、基準値内（設定値の±７％）にあることを確認する。

ホース管体にアルミパイプを挿入し、円筒状のスリーブをかしめて結合される。

カーエアコンのコンプレッサやコンデンサなどの各機能部品を連結する冷媒の通路であり、ホースは車の振動を吸収し、機能部品を保護する役目も担う。

Accuracy control of the torque wrench
The torque wrench is not a measuring instrument, but the set value (torque value) is controlled to maintain the screw tightening torque constant.
It is to verify that the actual torque is within the standard value (within +/- 7% of the set value) by the torque tester every month.

It is combined by swaging the cylindrical sleeve after inserting an aluminum pipe into the hose tube.

It is a pathway of refrigerant which combines each functional part of the compressor and the condenser etc. of the car air-conditioner and the hose absorbs vibration of the car and also acts to protect each functional part as well.
