I have two questions.

1. The following PHP error was being displayed.

The error disappeared when I changed ob_gzhandler to mb_output_handler on line 24 of X.php but won't there be any problems with that?

2. I want to set the default language to Japanese.
I have made the following setup but the display did not change.
I am not good in understanding English so I might have made a mistake.

1. Upload the X.php file to the Y folder
2. Change the X.php code to the following

That product can be decorated as a tapestry,
or it can be used as a short curtain by cutting along the line on the center with a pair of scissors.
There is no need to re-sew it.
