i don't know what to do. this is my first deal on Ebay and maybe unfortunately the last. i can't take it anymore that someone says A and the second says B. you wrote the shipping is free and acually it's not.

What you paid was not a shipping charge. That is a duty. Duties vary by country and region, so I do not know the amount that will be charged, either. It would be illegal to lower the value of the item, or mark it as a gift, and is also forbidden by eBay. I described the item as being $162.9 USD, which in Japanese yen is ¥20,000.
