However, regarding the color of "oo", we have given instructions at the time of order.

As it's an error on your end, we are not satisfied with having to pay a 15% restocking fee. As a result, we request you to refund the total amount for 6 "oo".

We are also considering to issue a refund report notification to ebay and Paypal.

We run an online shop and I intend to purchase many more of your "oo" in the future.
