Injectors test and replacement

How to test and change faulty injectors. Demonstration step by step on a Renault Clio 2 1.5 dci. Injector return flow test and replacement of 2 injectors (one new and one fully refurbished) .

If your engine fault LED remains on,

Or if your vehicle makes this noise,

or if your vehicle does not start:

you may have an injection problem

Check that the highpressure fuel pump supplies fuel to the injectors

Loosen the high pressure pipe unions 1/2 of a turn

Activate the starter

Tighten the pipe unions through which the diesel flows

The highpressure fuel pump supplies fuel to the 4 injectors

Try to start the engine with brake cleaner

Spray brake cleaner into the air filter intake for about 1 second

Come testare e sostituire gli iniettori difettosi. Mostra passo dopo passo in una Renault Clio 2 1.5 dCi. Test di riflusso e sostituzione iniettore, due iniettori (uno nuovo e uno ristrutturato).
Se il LED di guasto del motore rimane acceso,
Oppure se il veicolo fa rumore,
Oppure, se il veicolo non si avvia:
Si può avere un problema di iniezione
Verificare che la pompa ad alta pressione fornisce combustibile agli iniettori
Allentare giunti di tubo ad alta pressione di 1/2 giro
Attivare il motorino di avviamento
Serrare giunti di tubo attraverso il quale scorre il diesel
La pompa di alta pressione fornisce carburante carburante agli quatro iniettori
Prova di avviare il motore con detergente per freni
Spruzzare detergente per freni nel filtro di aspirazione dell'aria per 1 secondo
