私は幼い頃、集中力がなく多動で大変周囲を困らせる子供でした。
両親は楽観的だったようですが祖父母が私をとても心配して、私にピアノを与えました。
最初はピアノの前に3分と座っていられなかったのですが、歌ったり演奏したり次第に音楽を楽しむことが出来るようになるにつれ、集中力が身に付いてきました。
今も何か大切な事に取り組む時はBGMは欠かせないですし、仕事中も集中している時ほど頭の中では音楽が鳴っています。

When I was a child, I was a child who was not able to concentrate and was hyperactive and very annoying.
My parents was optimistic, but my grandparents were very worried about me and gave me a piano.
At first, I couldn't sit for three minutes in front of the piano, but as I became able to sing and play and gradually enjoy my music, I have been able to become more concentrated.
BGM is still indispensable when I am working on something important, and the more I concentrate on my work, the more the music flows in my head.
