メーカーの生産が遅れた事と運送会社の出荷手配の問題で、弊社の問題で商品の入荷が遅れた事は僕は理解します。しかし、お客さんは、弊社が もう少しメーカーと運送会社と連絡をとっていたら、こんなに納期が遅くならいと言っております。月末に商品が到着しても、どこもセールで全く売れないそうです。弊社から発注したらトラブルばかりで、今後 発注するのが難しい。
