あなたから購入したレコードを聞き終えました。商品説明では"NO SCRATCHES" ということでしたが、Side2とSide3には、いくつかスクラッチがあって、そのうち2箇所は指に感じるほど深いものでした。
大きな問題は、Side2の"BLACKBIRD" にあるスクラッチでスキップが発生することです。
このアルバムは重量があって、返品送料も高くなってしまいます。ついては partial refund をしていただけないでしょうか? 私の希望額は£35です。ご検討ください。

I had listened to the record I purchased from you.
In the products' description, it was written as "NO SCRATCHES".
There are some scratches on Side2 and Side3, and some of them are deep as I could feel it by finger.
The big problem is that the scratches in "BLACKBIRD" of Side2 makes skip.
This album is heavy so the returning cost would be expensive.
So, would you make partial refund for me?
