商品に不具合があるとのことで、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
古い商品ですので、輸送中の振動などで不具合が生じてしまった可能性があります。
修理代として70ドルを返金させていただきますので、フィードバックを変更して頂けないでしょうか？

On a constaté une évaluation négative depuis vous.
Comme il y a un mauvais état dans notre article ,je ne sais comment m’excuser pour vous gêner .
Parce que l’article est vieille, il y avait la possibilité d’apparaître un mauvais état par les vibrations pendant le transport.Car nous remboursons $70 comme frais de dépannage ,pourriez-vous changer la évaluation ?
