残念ですが、日本では商品を洗い流した後に新品という形で販売することは出来ません。
申し訳ありませんが、タグの件については意味が汲み取れませんでした。
破れのある製品は画像では見えにくいためお送りしておりません。

追加でお送りすることが可能な商品だけで結構ですので、手配してください。
返品するにも配送料も掛かりますので、こちらにある問題の商品は不良品としてこちらで処分しておきます。

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand what you meant with the tag.
I didn't send you pictures of the ripped items as it is hard to see it in the pictures.

Please arrange shipment of items that you can send me additionally.
I will dispose of the damaged items as defects as it would cost return shipping.
