どのようにしたらアカウントが再開されるか教えていただけないでしょうか？

現住所が載っている公的な住民票を提出すればいいでしょうか？ただし、住民票は英語ではなく日本語です。

どのような書類が必要か教えていただけないでしょうか？

アカウントが停止されたままなのに、大口出品の料金だけ請求されています。

一刻も早く、アカウントを再開したいと思っています。
