しかし当然のことながら、改良すべき点もある。ユーザーが「ご注文の管理」のところでキャンセルできるようにする、振込額の合計が確認できるようにするなどである。また、「お客様のご注文」ページで購入したものをキャンセルする場合、今見ているところの近くに小さなボタンがあるだけなのでやり方が難しく、間違ってしまうこともある。さらに改良が必要なところはモバイルアプリを取り入れることだ。当然、モバイルWebサイトを作るのだが、子供はブックマークやブラウザーよりもアプリを好むからだ。Tiketについてどう思っただろうか。他の競争相手にどうすれば勝っていけるだろうか。
