先週末、貴社商品の入った荷物を受け取りました。
注文の覚えのない商品Aと商品Bが梱包されておりました。

誤配送と思いますが、この荷物の処分について、
ご希望どおりにいたしますのでご指示願います。
なお、受取時に、当方スタッフが内包物の確認のため開梱しておりまして、
その点何卒ご容赦願います。

一方で、当方注文の商品はすでに受け取っておりますので、
念の為お伝え申し上げます。
