The parcel was sent August 28th by surface international small packet which was what the postage paid allowed for. International small packet class of mail is not trackable, no tracking number available. One the receipt you will see the abbreviation JP for Japan. Surface mail can take between 4 to 10 weeks to arrive. We have no doubt that it will arrive.

小包は8月28日に国際普通便（船便）で発送済です。この国際小包は追跡番号が付与されておらず、追跡ができません。レシートにある略号JPは日本です。一般的に船便ですと到着まで４～１０週間くらいの日数がかかります。間違いなく到着すると信じでおります（疑いありません）。
