東京の事務所で働いています。本社から下記のメールをもらい、昨日 この電話番号からあなたに連絡させ頂きました。本社からこのブランドの発注にご興味があると言う事で、資料をメールさせて頂きます。いくらぐらいの価格の購入希望で、どれくらいの数量を発注希望でしょうか。今月中の発注の場合は、4月ごろ 東京から商品が発送され予定です。他にどのようなブランドが興味ありますでしょうか。もし可能であれば、来月 大阪でお会いする事は、可能でしょうか。もしくは、東京に来られる事はありますでしょうか。

About how much and how many do you intend to do so ? For the ordering this month, we will ship items from Tokyo around next April from Tokyo. Any other brands you are interested in?
