先日送ってもらった商品名が1個しか届いていません。
トラッキングナンバーで追跡しても、こちらからは確認できません。
そちらで調べていただき、わかり次第早急に送るようにしてください。
たまに1個ずつしか送られてこない事があります。
今後はちゃんと届くように徹底していただきたいです。
こちらに届きましたら、また後日2個注文させていただきます。

Though I tried to trace them by their tracking numbers, I could get no information. Please examine on your side, and let me know as soon as you find the status.
In some cases I have received only one item.
I want you to surely deliver all the items I order to you from now on.
When I get them, I will order additional 2 pieces.
