本日、アメリカから日本郵便へ破損配達の証明に関して連絡がありました

お客様から破損配達を証明する必要な書類が提出されない為に、作業を進める事が出来ないとの内容です

お客様へお伺いなのですが
そのような書類は受け取っていますか？
また受け取っている場合、記入し担当者宛に発送していただけましたか？

この書類が提出されない場合、当店は日本郵便から破損配達に関する保証を受けられません

Let me please explain for your declarer that two CDs you have purchased were broken already when you received it on June 22th.

Today, I got a evidence that it was damaged during the delivery from America to post in Japan.

Since they have not still received necessary document the evidence of this problem from you, they are not able to solve it.

So I would like to ask you if you have received the document by any chance, or not.
If you do, could you please fill in and send off it addressed to person in charge of?

If you do not send it out, we are not able to guarantee the delivery problem from post in Japan.
