弊社は日本の業者です
Credit Applicationフォームはいくつか記入できない部分があります
例えば

・ Business Registration No

等です
これらは日本のものを記入すればよろしいですか？
もしくは空欄でもよろしいですか？

またCREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORMも基本的なクレジットカード情報を記載すればよろしいですか？

教えて頂きたいです。

Thank you very much for your email.
We have a couple of questions.
We are a supplier in Japan.
On the Credit Application Form, there are couple of columns that we can not fill in.
For example,

Business Registration No.

Should we enter a number we have in Japan?
Or should we leave it blank?

Also, on the Credit Card Authorization Form, should we enter basic credit card information?

Your answer would be highly appreciated.
