If a dealer/exporter will be utilizing the services of a US Freight Forwarder, the dealer or his agent is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. It is advised that the dealer communicate with the freight forwarder to ensure all merchandise received from Cabela's is consistent with what was ordered. Should there be any discrepancies in loss, damage or erroneously shipped merchandise the dealer should contact Cabela’s immediately for resolution. Once merchandise has been exported, Cabela’s refuses liability for any mis-shipments, damages, etc. Customized merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
