添付書類の2枚目にサインをし、捺印したものをスキャンして返送致します。
メールの受信を確認したのですが、4月に書類付きのメールが届いていませんでした。
書類のサインをずっと待って頂いていたのならば、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
1枚目にもサインが必要ならおしらせください。
直筆のサインが入った書類をあなたの会社に国際郵便で転送しなければなりませんか?
(スキャンした画像だけでOKですか?)

I will send you a scanned document with signature on the 2nd page and with the seal on the attached files.
As I checked the arrival of the email shortly but I didn't receive the one with attached file in the past April.
I am so sorry because you had to wait for a long period for the document with signature.
If you need a 1st page to be filled with the signature, please let me know.
Do I have to mail you with the international post for your company for a document with a hand written signature ?( Would it be okay for scanned image ?)
