貴社の資料を拝見し考えたのですが
　icare の購入する日本のユーザーは60才台以上の高齢の方が
ほとんどだと思います

icareの多くの機能を意味が英語で理解しづらい為に積極的に使わない
機能を活用しないといった事が考えられます
おそらく購入検討の段階でも英語表記が不利になります。

スマートフォンのオペレーション画面を
至急　日本語にローカライズすることは不可能でしょうか

これができればキャンプファイヤー以上の達成が可能だと思います
またギフトショウでのバイヤーの関心もより高まると考えます

I am thinking as I read your materials, I think almost all of the users who buy icare would be more than 60 years old.

Then I feel that they are not willing to use the system of icare due to the difficulties of understanding English.
It might be the disadvantage for making decision whether they buy it or not.

Is it possible to localize the phone's operation screen to Japanese right away?

If we can, it might be possible to achieve the result which is more than campfire.
In addition, I also expect that it gives more attention to gift-show.
