貴社の資料を拝見し考えたのですが
　icare の購入する日本のユーザーは60才台以上の高齢の方が
ほとんどだと思います

icareの多くの機能を意味が英語で理解しづらい為に積極的に使わない
機能を活用しないといった事が考えられます
おそらく購入検討の段階でも英語表記が不利になります。

スマートフォンのオペレーション画面を
至急　日本語にローカライズすることは不可能でしょうか

これができればキャンプファイヤー以上の達成が可能だと思います
またギフトショウでのバイヤーの関心もより高まると考えます

It seems they will not willingly use it as they find it hard to understand Icare's many system meanings.
Maybe, at the stage of purchasing it, English description would be disadvantage to it.

Is it possible to localize its operation screen of smartphone to Japanese right away?

If it cannot be done, it would be impossible to make more than camp fire.
