エレメントが正しく洗浄出来ているか否かの判断はメンブレンチェックで行います。

バブルチェックはあくまで、精度がきちんと出ているかを確認する検査です。
洗浄性を確認するための検査ではありません。
製品が目開きしているか否かを確認するためなので、Aの上限値は設定しておりません。

規格値よりも圧力が下の場合、それは製品が目開きしていることを意味し、
本来の性能が出ないので、弊社では不合格としております。

エアフローとバブルチェックの役割は違うので、そこは分けて考える必要があります。

We judge whether the element is cleaned completely or not by doing a membrane check.
Bubble check is just a simple checking for judging the accuracy.
It is not inspection for confirmation for cleanliness.
It is just to make sure the opening of the product, the upper limit of A is not set.

If the pressure is lower than the average value, it shows the product is opening, it can get enough characteristics therefore our company decides it is not a passed product.

We need to distinguish the function between air flow and bubble check respectively.
