キャンセルとなった商品について、まだ返金がなされていません。
写真とは全く違う傷だらけの商品かつ、言及されていなかった破損が見受けられました。写真を見ていただければ、ひび割れのような傷が入っているのがわかると思います。

セラーに返品及び返金を求めましたが、相手は自分の非を一切認めず、商品は完璧だったと繰り返しています。
セラーの対応は不当だと思います。

最終的にお互いに一部返金を了承したものの、突然「返品しなくていい、ただし全額返金する」との回答をされましたが、返金されていません。

We haven't received the refund for the commodities which was rejected.
The received good had a lot of scratch and had damage which you didn't mentioned before. You can see scratch which almost crack in the photo.

We requested seller to refund and return the goods, but the seller did not admit own fault and insist that the goods was perfect. I think it's his unfair.

In last, both of us agreed about partly refund of it, but they suddenly said that "you don't have to return the goods, but we'll refund all the amount", but we haven't received the refund yet.
