私はセラーには返金の約束を守ってほしいと考えています。
ただ、残念ながら私の家族が誤って商品を捨ててしまい、商品を返品することができなくなりました。
これに関しては私の落ち度ですので、もし全額返金が望めないならば全額返金は強いて主張しません。

ただ、当初からセラーは商品を返品せず、一部もしくは全額返金の約束はしていますので、
その約束は守っていただきたいと考えています。

この取引について、私は何らかの補償を受け取ることは可能ですか？

I think seller should promise the refunding.
But unfortunately my family already disposed the item my mistake , the item cannot be returned.
This is my fault and I cannot ask full refund for this situation I suppose.

But firstly seller didn't return the item and it promised to partial or full refund, therefore I would seller to make a promise what it says.

For this dealing , can I ask any compensations for this?
