同じ製品ではありません。
型番が違いますので、枚数やサイズが異なります。
シートの違いを補うために余分なパッドを入れた、と説明されていますが、
そもそも製品が違いますので、納得できる理由にはなりません。
製品が違うのであれば、なぜ出荷前に説明をしなかったのですか？
勝手に違う製品を送っているのを認めておられるので、全額返金を希望します。
返送料金が高いので、製品は破棄します。
注文時の製品の写真がありますのでPaypalに証明することができます。
It's not same commodity,
The model number differs, and number of sheet and size will differ as well.
You explained for me that you put extra pad to compensate the difference of sheet, but it's not satisfactory reason because it's different commodity.
Why didn't you explain before shipment that commodity differs?
We request to refund all the expense because you already admitted that you sent different commodity for us.
We'll dispose the commodity because resending fee will be expensive.
We can prove in Paypal because we have commodity photo when I ordered.
