何度もすみません！迅速なお返事ありがとうございます。
こちらの船会社が言うには、BLとPKLはイギリスの発送業者が持っているだろうとのことです。
1月末に発送業者からメールが来た時に、それらを送ってほしいと頼んだのですが、返事を頂けませんでした。多分忘れられてると思います。今日もメールしましたが有給休暇のようで、明日お返事が来るかもしれませんが、本当に来るかどうか分かりません。もし良ければ彼に連絡を取ってもらえないでしょうか？

I am sorry for so often , And thank you so much for prompt reply.
The courier firm at our side says the shipping company in UK might have for both BL and PKL.
When the email coming from the company late January, I asked it to send me but I could not get reply from them unfortunately. Probably I was forgotten. As I sent a email them but perhaps they are in paid leave at the moment, I will be receiving the reply from them tomorrow , It is not known it will be coming or not.
If possible can I ask you to make a contact them?
