私はXXX社にiOSデバイス用アプリケーションの制作を依頼いたします。それにあたり、自身が著作権を保有するコンテンツの使用をXXX社に許可いたします。このアプリケーションに含まれる全てのコンテンツ（楽曲・写真・グラフィック・歌詞）は、私が著作権を保有するものです。

また、必要があればアプリケーションの流通元であるApple, Incからの著作権保有に関する問い合わせに応じます。

I will ask XXX company to create an application for iOS device. Because of this, I will give XXX company a permission of copy contents that we obtain the copyright of. We obtain the copyright of the all contents in the application (includes musics, photos, graphics, and lyrics)

Also, regarding copyrights, we make inquiries for Apple, Inc ,which is the source of distribution, if needed.
