I had contact with Dutch post and they cannot find the parcel in my country,
The gonna investigate now if the parcel is in other country or Japan already.
The planes Dutch post uses are commercial planes, not like DHL or UPS having their own planes so this means the parcel can go to different city’s first before arriving to Japan.
They told me this investigation can take up to 30 days so we come back from holiday January 25.
If the parcel is stil missing that time, I will send you your money back but of course I hope by that time you they found it and hand it over to you.
This is all I can do for now cause I need to depend on Dutch post investigation time.

Dutch Post（オランダの郵便局）に連絡しましたが、彼らは私の国では小包を見つけることが出来ませんでした。
他国にあるか、もしくは日本にすでに到着しているか、小包の状況を確認していただいています。
Dutch Postが使っている飛行機は商業用の飛行機で、自社で飛行機を持っているDHLやUPSのようなものではありません。そのため小包が日本到着前、他国を経由する可能性があります。
彼らは小包状況の調査に30日を要する可能性があると話しています。。我々は休暇から1/25に戻ってきます。
もし小包がその時まで行方不明なら、もちろん返金いたします。その時までに小包が見つかりあなたの手元にありますように。
Dutch Postに調査していただいており、それに頼らざるを得ない状況ですので、これが現時点で私ができることになります。どうかご理解ください。
