無事日本日商品を受取りました。
ありがとうございます。
しかし商品に不良があったので、新しいものに交換して欲しいです。

★という商品が、ほとんど不良で販売できません。

例えば
液漏れで、キャップを覆っているビニールの中がすでに濡れていたり、
キャップがゆるくなっていたり、
スポイト部分が傾いてるものもあります。
不良品は商品Aは21本、商品Bは17本あります。

以下の商品が今回バックオーダーになっているので
それと一緒に送って頂いて構いません。

不良品のご返送はすぐに致します。

I received the item safely today.
Thank you.
However, the item had a failure so please replace it by a new one.

Most of the item called ★ had failures and I cannot sell them.

For example, inside the plastic which covers the cap was already soaked because of leakage, some caps were loose, and some had slanted dropper cap.
Total number of failed item A is 21 pieces, and 17 pieces for item B.

Following items are in back order status this time, so it's okay to send them with that.

I will return the failed items immediately.
