下記の内容の打ち合わせで、12/28アポを取っていただけないでしょうか？
今週は申し訳御座いませんが、都合がつきません。

上司からは兎に角アポイントだけは確定しろと指示を受けてますので、
何とかご協力をお願い致します。
アポイントが確定できないと、出張申請を出すことができず、出張申請をしないと
チケットの発券もできない状況です。

仕様書、有難う御座います。
これを元に設計を依頼中ですので、今週中にはお見積りできると思います。
可能であれば月末の台湾出張時に訪問したいと考えております。
